For teams

A real conversation needs more than a script.

A company tour, a customer call or a meeting with international colleagues. Your team prepares and practises the situations it actually faces.

Your starting point

The next task is already there.

Your team is preparing for international visitors. Or a call with a customer keeps going wrong. We use the real situation, with the people, questions and places involved.

English or German is our working language. Together we prepare, try it out and discuss what happened.

How we work

Prepare it. Try it. Talk about it.

The usual format: three to 15 participants, meeting weekly for 60 to 90 minutes over six months, online or in person.

Understand the situation

Who is coming? What do they need to know? Where does the conversation usually get difficult? We start with those questions.

Prepare together

The team gathers what it wants to say. We work on expressions, roles and the flow of the conversation.

Practise the situation

One person welcomes the visitors, others take the guest roles. We try the conversation, discuss what worked and go again.

Keep it going

Shared notes capture useful expressions and next steps. Each participant develops a daily routine with me, which we review and adapt during the sessions.

The practical details

A rhythm your team can work with.

How many people can take part?

The usual group size is three to 15 participants. We discuss what works for your team and the situations you want to practise.

How often do we meet?

The usual format is a weekly session of 60 to 90 minutes over six months. We agree the specific scope and schedule before we start.

Online or at our workplace?

Both are possible. When the location is part of the situation, working there can be particularly useful.

How do we review progress?

We discuss what the team has tried at work, what has become easier and what needs another round. Notes and agreed next steps help us carry that into the following session.

What does team coaching cost?

That depends on the team and scope. After our first conversation, I send you a specific offer.
